Learning to adjust to learning

So it's Saturday... We have completed one week of homeschooling!  What have I realized? My kids don't respect us as a family!!! Why? You ask! Because they have for the last 6 years been in a school setting... They have been away from this house for 8 hours out of their days for 5 days a week... of course with summer breaks... But they don't know how to respect us, because at school that is thrown out the window! They don't know how to be with each other... So I think we are done with learning academics... We now going to be doing what I call re-training our kids!

The school they were previously at they learned nothing except being rude and terrible kids...They have learned how to be mean to each other and their teachers by example from their so called peers!  I had really very sweet well minding boys.. Now I have my hands "full" of bad mouthed little boys.. Why? Because they have no discipline at the school.. So here we are on the weekends fighting with our kids.. Because we are trying to correct the bad behavior they have learned at school...  But with a little bit of time they will learn that their new teacher, that's me... Loves them unconditionally and I am teaching from that not spite.. Not hate from my job and not just getting through the day! The kids need to learn that they are each others best friends.. So now with that said.. come and join me on our adventure of homeschooling!!

I will try and write blogs daily but probably wont happen at 1st... so starting Monday their will be something up from what we have learned and the progress we have made!! My kids are great and they need to get back to those kids again!!
